Online booking website Ctrip.com has announced the establishment of its twelfth branch in Sanya to expand the holiday and leisure market there.
It is the first time that Ctrip.com has set up a branch in a purely holiday destination. Ten of the other eleven branches are located in business cities.
Sanya is one of Ctrip.com's most important holiday destinations, and about 300,000 tourists a year go to Sanya through Ctrip.com's service. Currently free tours, car rental, one-day-tours, and nearly 1,000 routes are available by Ctrip.com in Sanya.
